Our wonderful New Hampshire maple syrup aged 6-months or more in an wooden oak barrel that previously held bourbon spirits. The remnant bourbon absorbed into the barrel’s interior charcoal-lined surface leaves a distinct flavor to our already delicious maple syrup.
